For this project, the Gaming Platform partnered with me to manage their social media presence and optimize engagement with their growing community. The focus was on creating a strategic content calendar, handling customer interactions, and utilizing automation tools to streamline social media operations.

Key Challenges Identified:

    The platform lacked a clear strategy for consistent posting, leading to engagement fluctuations.
  2. Manual Social Media Management:
    Without automation, the platform had to post manually, which was time-consuming and inefficient.

    Used Later Social for scheduling content in advance and planning a cohesive posting calendar for optimal engagement.
  2. DMS Customer Management:
    Implemented tagging systems for effective management of direct messages (DMs), ensuring timely responses and better customer service.
  3. Engagement Optimization:
    Created a strategy for tagging stories and utilizing Instagram’s interactive features to engage followers directly, ensuring maximum interaction.
  4. Automated Processes:
    Leveraged Later Social’s automation features to streamline content posting and optimize engagement times.
