Project Summary

Since joining the brand’s marketing team, we have implemented a comprehensive, data-driven growth strategy that spans across email marketing, organic content, paid advertising, and promotional campaigns. Our efforts are designed to engage existing customers, attract new ones, and drive consistent weekly revenue increases while maintaining strong brand equity.

Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

Upon joining the team, our Klaviyo email list stood at around 32,000 subscribers. Through continuous acquisition from website traffic and lead capture strategies, we have scaled the list to over 51,000 highly-engaged members within a 6–8 month period. We now deploy two strategic email campaigns per week, featuring product highlights, new arrivals, and exclusive offers. Our average email open rate has improved from 18% to 26%, with click-through rates rising from 1.8% to 3.6%—well above industry benchmarks. These email campaigns currently account for 22–27% of weekly revenue, depending on promotion schedules and seasonal trends.

Organic Social Media Marketing

We have established a consistent and brand-aligned organic presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, posting daily creatives that include product showcases, lifestyle imagery, user-generated content, and behind-the-scenes moments. Engagement has steadily increased by 5–8% MoM (month-over-month), and our follower count has grown by 60% since implementation. These efforts have led to increased direct traffic and improved customer trust and retention.

Promotional Strategy

Every week, we roll out two promotional offers—typically between 15% and 20% off selected items or categories—which are time-limited to encourage urgency and repeat purchases. These promotions are supported across all channels: website banners, email campaigns, paid ads, and organic social media. On average, our promotional weeks generate a 32% lift in weekly revenue compared to non-promotional weeks. We also track AOV (average order value) and CVR (conversion rate) to ensure that promotions are effective without compromising profitability.

Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

Our paid media strategy is executed across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, and Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). We consistently test and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and placements. When we began managing the accounts, the average ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) was 1.9x. Through creative testing, remarketing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization, we’ve scaled that to an average ROAS of 3.2x, peaking at 4.5x during high-performing promotional periods. Monthly ad spend has increased strategically from $12K to $24K, with acquisition cost per customer kept within target margins.

Weekly Reporting & Optimization

We operate on a strict weekly review cycle, tracking KPIs across all marketing touchpoints—including revenue, traffic, AOV, ROAS, new vs. returning customers, and email performance. This allows us to identify trends, test hypotheses, and implement quick-turn optimizations. Since implementing this model, our weekly revenue has grown by over 70%, with consistent MoM growth in both customer count and retention rates.
